@@DineshkumarPalani Yes placed correctly I reinstalled putty software and it opened further…,, means when I close the application and reopen its not opening Giving me the same error Before accessing the device, should super putty application be opened at backend?

@@anumalladinesh3217 Not sure what went wrong, usually mistake people will do the default login method is putty , putty exe file will be saved in eve-ng folder, you have to copy exe file of superputty and save in the same folder then just you have to rename superputty as putty thats it. might be you are not saving correctly as mentioned in the step, please reach me dinesh26chennai@gmail.com, it will good if you send the error of snap and superputty location,m will review and help you with correct steps.. please watch video one more time and try the same step provided in videp

Hi , Thank you for the reply. It’s working now. After troubleshooting I found that super putty application should be open at the backend before accessing the first device. If the application is closed and If I try to access the device then I am getting the error of ‘process window not found ’ Not sure if it’s the same case for everyone.

@anumalladinesh3217 not required you have to download the putty and need to place different location.. but any way issue fixed you have to place the super putty in eve-no location and rename it. There was another video for common mistake people do it will give you what mistake you did…

Ok let me start creating that i have stopped to create UA-cam videos will try to spend sometime at-least this year.

You can install tftp software in any of your machine and open the tftp file and stored the image. Tftp server should be reachable from switch.(tftp server ip Is your machine Ip)
